OurChef

Our Chef is ethnic Javanese, born and raised in Central Java, Indonesia.
She has been a Chef for 16 years; cutting her teeth in Hong Kong, and formerly the Exectutive Chef of Da Nang in Clawson Michigan of 5 years.
Lauded with awards of The Best Vietnamese restaurant in the Metro Detroit Area by The Metro Times, Hour Magazine, and Real Detroit, with write-ups in The Detroit Free Press, as well as Crain’s Detroit , and an appearance on the Fox news Cooking Show; She decided to open a restaurant of her own. We cordially invite you to share a meal with us.
